ShapeShifterZ has been making one-of-a-kind printed bodysuits, catsuits and costume pieces in Los Angeles for performers who can't buy what they need off a rack — dancers, aerialists, stunt performers, drill teams, contortionists, and people who take Halloween extremely seriously.

What we take on

  • A brand-new design — original artwork, made from your concept, printed edge to edge.
  • A change to something we already make — different colors, sleeves, legs, neckline, hood, tail, or a design moved onto a different garment.
  • Something you saw on our Instagram — a lot of what we post is one-of-one. Send us the post and we'll tell you what's possible.
  • Team and group orders — matching pieces for a troupe, squad, cast or crew, each cut to its own wearer.

How it works

  1. You tell us the idea. Fill out the form below. Rough is fine — a sentence and a reference photo is enough to start.
  2. We quote it. You get a price, a timeline, and an honest answer about whether it's the right build for what you need.
  3. We design it. You see the artwork laid out on the garment shape before anything is printed, and you approve it.
  4. We take your measurements. Every custom piece is cut to the wearer, not to a size chart.
  5. We make it and ship it. Printed, sewn and finished in our Los Angeles studio.

Before you write to us

Custom work takes time. Original design and made-to-measure construction is not a next-day service. Tell us your real deadline in the form and we'll tell you straight away whether we can hit it. [CONFIRM YOUR ACTUAL LEAD TIME HERE — e.g. "Most commissions run X–Y weeks from approved artwork."]

Have a budget in mind. Even a rough range helps enormously. It tells us whether to design you a full printed catsuit or a smarter, simpler piece that gets you the same effect.

Reference images help more than words. There's no upload on this form — send the request first, then reply to our email with your images, sketches, or links attached.

We reply to every request personally, usually within 2 business days. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed until you've seen a quote and approved the artwork.
