Custom Fit
Custom fit is free with every ShapeShifterZ order. Always has been.
Size charts are a compromise. They assume that everyone who is 5'9" is built the same way, and anyone who has ever pulled on a bodysuit knows how that goes — right in the torso, wrong in the leg, or the other way around.
So we don't make you pick a letter and hope. Send us your measurements once, and we cut your piece to you. No upcharge, no "custom" tier, no minimum order.
How to measure
Get someone to help if you can — measuring your own back is a losing battle. Wear something thin or nothing at all, keep the tape snug but not tight, and stand normally. Don't suck in.
- Height — shoes off, back to a wall, standing tall. This is the single most useful number you can give us.
- Weight — roughly is fine. It tells us how the fabric will load.
- Waist — the narrowest part of your middle, usually just above the belly button.
- Chest or bust — around the fullest part, tape level all the way around and under the arms.
- Hips — around the fullest part of your seat, feet together.
- Inseam — from your crotch straight down to the floor, shoes off.
Everything in inches and pounds, please. If you only know some of them, send what you have — height and weight alone already get us most of the way there.
